I am an experienced entrepreneur, and Japan has been a central part of my professional work since 1995. Over the years, deep market insight and an extensive network of contacts have helped open doors and create new partnerships for my clients.

I have also gained extensive experience in public business advisory services within the Team Finland network. I have worked as an International Business Development Specialist at the Pirkanmaa ELY Centre and as an Expert in Enterprise Services at the Economic Development Office. In these roles, I supported Finnish companies in developing international business, designing company-specific export programmes and advising on public funding opportunities. I also organised business delegations to several countries, including Brazil, Indonesia, China and the United States.

In addition, I am actively involved in the Tampere Chamber of Commerce & Industry, serving on the New Business Committee and the International Trade Advisory Board. Business Japan is also a member of the Finnish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (FCCJ).
